We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to*. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
*Please note that certain remote or special delivery areas may require additional shipping charges due to carrier surcharges or limited delivery access. If additional shipping fees apply to your address, our team will contact you before processing the order. Customers may choose to approve the additional charge or cancel the order for a full refund.
PROCESSING INFORMATION
We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed, and shipped out in the next 1-3 business days. During times of high volumes or special circumstances, for example, after large releases or sales such as holidays, Black Friday, or Lunar New Year, please allow up to 7-15 business days to ship.
Note: certain fixtures, including customized order,s may require longer processing time.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email [email protected] within 12 hours of making your purchase with the subject line of this email must-read ‘CHANGE OF ORDER’ and our team will get back to you shortly.
Once the order is shipped out, it can not be canceled.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, LEWOER Lighting reserves the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped. If the customer wishes to get a refund on the returned parcel due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, LEWOER Lighting reserves the right to deduct the initial shipping/handling costs from the total refund amount.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. Once a package is marked as delivered, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier if the parcel is not received.
For delivery efficiency, our standard shipping does not require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer signature-required delivery, you may request it after placing your order by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line “Signature Required.” A small service fee of 3–5% of the order total will apply.
Please note that for all orders, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced on the customer’s property after delivery, and such cases are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that Lewoer is not responsible for replacing or refunding any packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, are refused by the customer (including refusal or failure to clear customs, we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped), are left unattended outdoors and subsequently lost or damaged, or fail to be delivered because no one is available to receive them.

SHIPPING TIME
Our standard shipping time is typically 2 to 4 weeks. For oversized items, it may take longer. Shipping times can vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the item. Below are our estimates:

*Please kindly note that all shipping timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, transit time can occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as customs inspections, local carrier routing, weather conditions, or terminal congestion.
* Max delivery time – 65 working days, in some extremely rare cases. If you haven’t received your package within this timeframe, you’re welcome to request a full refund by contacting us via email. Please note that the shipping timeframe does not include processing time prior to shipment.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.
*In some cases, your order has been shipped, but you may not have received a tracking number yet. This can happen because our packages go through large distribution centers where they are measured and processed before a tracking number is assigned.
CUSTOMS
Starting April 1st, 2025, we’ll cover customs duties for orders shipped to the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. This means that most of our products will be delivered directly to your doorstep, and in most cases, you won’t need to pay anything extra. However, please note:
Customs coverage is a complimentary service, not a guaranteed obligation. We reserve the right not to cover customs duties for any package at our sole discretion. If your package has already shipped, and customs duties are applied, you will be responsible for covering those charges. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
