Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Should I Choose Warm White or Cold White?

A: It really depends on the look you want! The Warm White is 3000K, and it will have a warm yellow tone, whereas the Cold / Cool White is 6000K, and it will have a cool white tone! If you’re unsure which color temperature would suit your space best, please refer to the helpful blog below on choosing the right light color: Warm or Cool Light.

Q: Are Warm White and Cold White Compatible With a Wall Dimmer?

A: It depends on the specific light. If it offers both “Warm Light” and “Dimmable Warm Light” options, you will need to choose the Dimmable Warm Light if you intend to connect it to a wall dimmer.

If the light is available only in “Warm Light” or “Cool Light,” please refer to the “Dimensions, Q&A” section on the product page for details about its compatibility with wall dimmers. If it’s compatible, the light can be connected to both standard on/off switches and wall dimmer switches. When using a standard on/off wall switch, if the light source is LED bands or chips,  we will set it to full brightness mode before shipping, we also recommend asking your electrician to double-check and set the light to full brightness mode or adjust it to your preferred brightness level.

Q: Are Dimmable Warm Light and Dimmable Cold Light Controlled via a Wall Switch or a Remote?

A: “Dimmable Warm Light” and “Dimmable Cold Light” are controlled via a wall dimmer switch. They allow you to adjust the brightness but do not support changing the light color. These lights can also be connected to standard on/off switches. In such cases, if the light source is LED bands or chips, we will set it to full brightness mode before shipping. We also recommend asking your electrician to double-check and set the light to full brightness mode or adjust it to your preferred brightness level.

Q: Brightness Dimmable and Dimmable w/ Remote,  Are They the Same?

A: Yes, Brightness Dimmable, Dimmable w/ Remote, Remote dimming, Remote control dimmable, Remote dimming, Brightness Dimmable RC, RC Dimmable, and Dimmable with Remote: these terms all mean the same thing—they indicate that the light is dimmable using a remote control. With this feature, you can adjust both the light color (Cool White 6000K, Neutral White 4500K, and Warm White 3000K) and the brightness (from 0-100%) using the remote.

Q: How Does Remote Control Work?

A: If you ordered a lamp with a remote, it is quite simple to connect or pair the remote to the light. You will receive step-by-step directions in the package.

Q: What does 3-Color Changeable or Changeable mean?

A: This indicates that the chandelier is compatible with a standard wall switch. By toggling the switch on and off quickly, you can cycle through three light colors: Warm Light, White Light, and Neutral Light. Once you’ve selected a color, it will remain set as long as you toggle the switch on and off normally without cycling.

Q: How to Choose the Right Chandelier Size for Your Room?

A: A good rule of thumb is to measure the width and length of your room in feet. Take those two numbers, add them together, and you’ll have the number that should approximate the diameter of your chandelier. Check our blog if you want to learn more about How to Choose the Right Chandelier Size for Your Room.

Q: What is The Difference Between Crystal and Glass Chandeliers?

A: Crystal and glass are both excellent materials for chandelier pendants. Below are a few key differences between them:

  • Transparency and Shine: Crystal is clearer and more brilliant than glass. It disperses light beautifully, creating a sparkling effect, while glass appears duller with less clarity.
  • Weight: Crystal is denser and heavier compared to glass, giving it a more premium feel.
  • Sound: When tapped, the crystal produces a crisp, bell-like sound, whereas glass sounds dull and flat.
  • Edges and Finish: Crystal has sharper, more defined edges and a smoother surface, while glass tends to have rounded edges and a less polished finish.

Q: What are LED Light Bars?

A: An LED light bar is an elongated, electrical light structure. Sometimes they are attached to the interior or exterior of a vehicle to provide greater visibility while driving. They can also be installed on roofs, inside kitchens, or in other indoor and outdoor spaces.

The Echo light bar is ideal for indoor spaces, including over countertops, dining tables, and reading areas. Installing the Luka gives a simple, elegant upgrade to the interior of your house.

LED light bars can quickly give your house a stylish and cost-effective upgrade. Light bars are efficient, bright, and modern. LED light products also last up to 20 times longer than halogen light products. An LED light bar can help your room or kitchen feel brighter and more open. They take up little space and their sleek design makes them a perfect accent piece.

Q: How Long Do LED Light Bars Last?

A: Most LED light fixtures, such as LED light bars, will last 25,000 to 30,000 hours. This adds up to over three years of use, even if the light fixture is continually running.

Q: How Do You Know if an LED Light Bar is Good?

A: High-quality LED light bars come with:

  • Sturdy, high-quality materials
  • Multiple options for installation and mounting
  • A warranty that covers most of the product’s lifetime
  • Product descriptions that match customer reviews

Q: How to Identify Real Acrylic?

A: Most companies claim that they use acrylic, but many of them actually use plastic instead of “acrylic’. How to identify the real acrylic? As professionals, we are happy to share with you the difference between acrylic and plastic:

1, Material and Price are different:  Acrylic is lightweight, strong, and durable and is resistant to impact, weather, and UV radiation. It also has good optical clarity and can be easily molded into various shapes. Acrylics can be referred to as organic glass since the material is made using plastic injection or extrusion. The price is therefore high. Plastic is a high polymer compound made up of resin, stabilizers, lubricants, and other materials, and the price is therefore low.

2, Appearances are different:  Highly transparent acrylic products are more transparent than glass. Due to their stable quality and resistance to sunlight, outdoor lamps and lanterns are especially suited to plastic. Plastic is not an adequate substitute, as it has a dark, heavy color that makes it unsuitable for lamps and lanterns, particularly outdoor ones. After six months, there will be a tendency for cracks and yellow in them.

3, Gloss and smoothness are different:  Acrylic products offer excellent gloss and smoothness, whereas plastic ones do not.

4, The intensity is different:  Acrylic has high strength, is not easy to deform, and does not crack or break easily. However, the plastic is relatively weak and easy to bend, making it unsuitable for high-intensity applications.

Our high-quality acrylic is specially treated with ultraviolet inhibitors and antioxidants, which are very durable and stable when exposed to environmental conditions.
