Customization

Please email us at [email protected] and inquire about your customization request. Our customer care team can advise if the customization is possible, and any costs associated with the customization (if applicable). Once confirmed, you can place the order and send us an email with the order ID to confirm the final customization request. Things that we can usually customize include finish of the fixture, hanging lengths, size/number of lights, light color, dimmable options and more. For bulk orders, we can also accommodate more complex customizations, such as the design itself.

To ensure lasting beauty, each fixture undergoes rigorous anti-rust testing in humid, salt-spray conditions - far beyond the standard for everyday indoor use. This guarantees that your light will keep its elegance and strength, even in demanding environments.

Endurance Testing: Critical hardware is tested for up to 250,000 cycles, ensuring long-term resilience and durability.

Anti-Rust Durability: Hardware for outdoor lights is subjected to an 500-hour wet condition test, proving its unmatched resistance to rust and corrosion.
