How is Lava installed?
Lava is hard-wired with a ceiling base. Full installation instructions will be provided for each order.
What is the Emitting Color?
Our standard Lava heads come with warm light (3000K) bulbs. If you require cool or neutral light bulbs, please leave us a note at checkout or reach out to us at [email protected], and we will customize your order accordingly for free.
Is Lava dimmable?
No, The default Lava pendant comes with a non-dimmable warm light bulb. However, we can customize it for you or you can use your own dimmable bulbs to make the chandelier dimmable.
If you prefer to adjust both the light color ( cool white 6000K, neutral 4500K, and warm white 3000K) and the brightness (from 0-100%) using the remote control, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
How to differentiate glass Lava and acrylic/PVC Lava?
We provide both glass and acrylic/PVC Lava heads. The Glass lava pendant has a synthetic line on the surface. It’s hardly noticeable from a distance, but upon closer inspection, it is visible. Please check the images below, or check the video via the link. The glass lava head is heavier and produces a clear, crisp sound when tapped. Please check the video via the link.
The acrylic/PVC one, comes from a mold, resulting in a seamless surface except for a very small melt mark. The small melt mark that occurs naturally during the molding process is a normal and expected part of its production and does not affect the lamp’s performance or aesthetic appeal.

What is the base type of the Lava pendant?
We include a complimentary Edison-style tungsten filament bulb with each Lava head—either a G45 (15cm / 20cm) or T64 (28cm / 38cm / 50cm) shape in warm light, as shown below. All bulbs come with an E27 / E26 base. These bulbs are long-lasting and provide a beautiful lighting effect for the Lava fixture. You’re welcome to replace them with your own bulbs or make the fixture dimmable by using dimmable bulbs instead.

Can I request customizations for the Lava pendant?

Our customization options include the finish, the shape of the chassis (round vs rectangle), the hanging length extension, and the number of lights.
Can I customize a multi-head lava chandelier for my foyer or staircase?

Can I Install Lava on an angled/slanted ceiling?

Stone: For materials like marble or onyx, clean any stains promptly to prevent them from penetrating the stone and leaving permanent marks.
Crystal/Glass: Use a feather duster or a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe down the surface, preserving the clarity of the crystal or glass.
Fabric: Use a feather duster or similar tool to remove dust. Avoid washing with water to prevent damage.
