The Quality Specification Of Orion Lights

Most companies claimed that using acrylic, but many of them actually use plastic instead of “acrylic’. How to identify the real acrylic? As professionals, we are happy to share with you the difference between acrylic and plastic:

1, Material and Price are different: Acrylic is lightweight, strong, and durable and is resistant to impact, weather, and UV radiation. It also has good optical clarity and can be easily molded into various shapes. Acrylics can be referred to as organic glass since the material is made using plastic injection or extrusion. The price is therefore high. Plastic is a high polymer compound made up of resin, stabilizers, lubricants, and other materials, and the price is therefore low.

2, Appearances are different: Highly transparent acrylic products are more transparent than glass. Due to their stable quality and resistance to sunlight, outdoor lamps and lanterns are especially suited to plastic. Plastic is not an adequate substitute, as it has a dark, heavy color that makes it unsuitable for lamps and lanterns, particularly outdoor ones. After six months, there will be a tendency for cracks and yellow in them.

3, Gloss and smoothness are different: Acrylic products offer excellent gloss and smoothness, whereas plastic ones do not.

4, The intensity is different: Acrylic has high strength, is not easy to deform, and does not crack or break easily. However, the plastic is relatively weak and easy to bend, making it unsuitable for high-intensity applications.

How is Orion Four Sides installed? Does it come with cover plates?

Orion Four Sides wall lights are wall-mounted with hard wire. These wall lights are versatile and can be installed on various wall or panel types. Please leave us a note at checkout if you need a 4” x 4” (10×10 cm) cover plate, and we’ll include it for free.

Please be aware that the electrical mounting and wiring can be adjusted to either the center or ends of the fixture, with enough length to reach either side of the center for easy installation. If you need the wires to extend beyond half the length of the fixture, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Are Orion Four Sides lights for outdoors or indoors? Can I install them horizontally?

The Orion Four Sides wall lights are primarily designed for outdoor applications, yet they are also installed indoors by many of our customers. Featuring an IP65 waterproof rating, these lights are protected from showers, rain, or snow, ensuring durability and longevity.

While many customers acquire multiple units of Orion Four Sides to vertically adorn their entryways, some opt for horizontal installation. There are no strict guidelines—feel free to unleash your creativity and arrange them however you desire!

Can I use a remote control to simultaneously manage multiple Orion Four Sides lights?

Yes, absolutely! You can use one remote to control all of your Orion Four Sides lights. To achieve this, simply refer to the remote control instruction manual where you will find detailed information on the pairing process.

Is Orion Four Sides dimmable? Can I replace the LED light if needed?

Yes. Our dimmable feature is conveniently managed through the included remote control. Tailor your lighting ambiance to match any mood or occasion by selecting from three color temperatures: warm white (3000K), neutral white (4500K), and cool white (6000K). Your preferred settings are effortlessly recalled every time you power up.

The LED light band for your Orion Four Sides wall light is replaceable. You can purchase replacement LEDs from us, and if you need assistance with the replacement process, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Stone: For materials like marble or onyx, clean any stains promptly to prevent them from penetrating the stone and leaving permanent marks.

Crystal/Glass: Use a feather duster or a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe down the surface, preserving the clarity of the crystal or glass.

Fabric: Use a feather duster or similar tool to remove dust. Avoid washing with water to prevent damage.
