How is Aphro installed?
Aphro is hard-wired onto the ceiling with a ceiling base.
Is Aphro a dimmable product?
You can choose the dimmable version with remote control, which will allow you to switch between the three light colors: cool white (6000K), neutral (4500K), and warm white (3000K). With the dimmable version, you can adjust the brightness of the fixture from 0-100% using the remote control.
If you would rather have single-color Aphro, please choose either cool white (6000K) or warm white (3000K). Single-color Aphro is non-dimmable.
Does Aphro provide sufficient lighting on the floor?
Yes, the LED power of output ranges from 20W to 160W, depending on the set/size you choose. You can select the right size depending on the area you want to cover. In case you have any concerns about Aphro, you can email us at [email protected]
Can I customize the size or the quantity of the rings? And what about customized height?
Yes, you can choose any quantity or any size required individually or in a group. Also, we can customize the height of the chandelier for you. Please email us at [email protected] once you have placed the order with the order ID, so we can customize the height for you.
Can it be installed on an angled/slanted ceiling?
Yes, you can install Aphro on a slanted ceiling; as the rings have wires on each side, you can adjust their level accordingly. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected] to consult our customer care team!
