How is Gingko installed?
Gingko is hard-wired with a ceiling base. Full installation instructions will be provided for each order.
Is Gingko dimmable?
Yes, our Gingko is compatible with dimmer switches so you can dim it with your dimmer switch.
If you prefer to adjust both the light color ( cool white 6000K, neutral 4500K, and warm white 3000K) and the brightness (from 0-100%) using the remote control, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
Are Gingko leaves available in materials other than ceramic?
Yes. Our standard Ginkgo chandelier comes with ceramic leaves. However, we also offer Acrylic version leaves. In the image provided below, you’ll see the Ceramic version at the top and the Acrylic version at the bottom. If you prefer the acrylic leaves, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

Do you offer finishes other than gold for the body?
Yes. Our body finishes are available in Gold, White, Black, Chrome, and Nickel. The default finish for the Ginkgo chandelier is gold. If you prefer a different body finish, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Can I adjust the hanging length for the Gingko chandelier?
Yes! The hanging length of the Gingko Chandelier is adjustable. You can adjust the hanging length according to your preference. The maximum hanging length varies depending on the size you choose. You may refer to the dimensions info above for the hanging wire length for your selected size. If you need to extend the hanging length, please reach out to us at [email protected], we will customize it for you for free.
Can I request customizations for the Gingko chandelier?
The Gingko Chandelier is available in different colors, sizes, and light colors. If you require customizations, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our customization options include the chandelier finish, the chandelier size, the shape of the chassis (round vs rectangle), the hanging length extension, etc.
Can I Install Gingko on an angled/slanted ceiling?
