How is Gingko installed?
Gingko is hard-wired with a ceiling base. Full installation instructions will be provided for each order.
Is Gingko dimmable?
Yes, our Gingko is compatible with dimmer switches so you can dim it with your dimmer switch.
If you prefer to adjust both the light color ( cool white 6000K, neutral 4500K, and warm white 3000K) and the brightness (from 0-100%) using the remote control, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
Are Gingko leaves available in materials other than ceramic?
Yes. Our standard Ginkgo chandelier comes with ceramic leaves (Gold+White). However, we also offer Acrylic version leaves. In the image provided below, you’ll see the Ceramic version at the top and the Acrylic version at the bottom. If you prefer the acrylic leaves or only white ceramic leaves, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

Do you offer finishes other than gold for the body?
Yes. Our body finishes are available in Gold, White, Black, Chrome, and Nickel. The default finish for the Ginkgo chandelier is gold. If you prefer a different body finish, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Can I adjust the hanging length for the Gingko chandelier?
Yes! The hanging length of the Gingko Chandelier is adjustable. You can adjust the hanging length according to your preference. The maximum hanging length varies depending on the size you choose. You may refer to the dimensions info above for the hanging wire length for your selected size. If you need to extend the hanging length, please reach out to us at [email protected], we will customize it for you for free.
Can I request customizations for the Gingko chandelier?

When we received the package, we noticed that 2 white ceramic leaves and 2 gold leaves were broken. After we reported this to Lewoer, they quickly shipped out replacements, 5 of each color, for a total of 10 leaves. Lewoer customized the chandelier so we can adjust the light color and dim the brightness. What I really appreciate about the Lewoer team is their attention to detail. I noticed they carefully secured the accessories bag inside the packaging to prevent it from slipping into the gaps during shipping. They also included extra leaves and bulbs, which was such a thoughtful touch. The overall craftsmanship and quality of the chandelier are excellent. We’re very satisfied with our purchase!

This is really a fantastic chandelier light. The gold branches with white ceramic flowers. Everything is packaged very well. Many spares are included in case you need the extra. The installation took me about 2 hrs but really worth it. Just following the instructions and you will make your dinning area completely different. The lightbulbs are includedand dimmable. Happy with the light.

We look for a really long time for a nice piece to have on top of dinning table and after searching we found this one is so beautiful such a high-quality takes about 10-15 minutes to put together and my electrician took him about 15 minutes to put it

It’s strange to say that but I love to assemble this light, it gives sense of creating something artistic. Looks really nice and is made of good quality. Size is good for 6 people dining table. Led bulb which are efficient and bright. Light weight and easy to install.

Be prepared for a bit of a time-consuming assembly process, but it’s absolutely worth it in the end! We asked for acrylic petals instead of the ceramic ones, and the customization process was smooth and easy. While the texture isn’t quite the same as ceramic, they’re much lighter, which made more sense for such a large chandelier. We absolutely love it! It looks like both a piece of art and a stunning light fixture. It has completely transformed the space, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.
