How is Talia installed?
Talia is hard-wired with a ceiling base. Full installation instructions will be provided for each order.
Is Talia dimmable?
Yes, our Talia is compatible with dimmer switches, so you can dim it with your dimmer switch. If you prefer to adjust both the light color and brightness with a remote control, please select the “Dimmable With Remote” option.
Do you offer any other size and material options?
The standard material for our Talia model is clear swirled glass, available in three sizes: Large (6.4”/16.3 cm), Medium (5.4”/13.7 cm), and Small (4.3”/11 cm).
Beginning July 1st, 2024, we offer the option for a lower budget by choosing smaller glass sizes (4.8”/12.3 cm, 4.2”/10.7 cm, and 3.1”/8 cm) or by selecting an acrylic material instead of glass. If you’re interested in the smaller sizes or acrylic Talia, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to assist.
How to distinguish between glass and acrylic?
Glass is typically heavier, feels cooler, and is smoother than acrylic. Glass also offers higher transparency and a glossier finish, allowing clearer visibility. When tapped, glass produces a clear, high-pitched sound, in contrast to the duller sound of acrylic. Glass is also more scratch-resistant and maintains clarity over time. Additionally, glass has a higher refractive index, resulting in more pronounced optical effects.
Can I adjust the hanging length for the Talia chandelier?
Yes! The hanging length of Talia Chandelier is adjustable. You can adjust the hanging length of each individual light according to your preference. The maximum hanging length varies depending on the size you choose. You may refer to the dimensions info above for the hanging wire length for your selected size. If you need to extend the hanging length, please reach out to us at [email protected], we will customize it for you for free.
Can I request customizations for the Talia chandelier?
The Talia Chandelier is available in different colors, sizes, and light colors. If you require customizations, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our customization options include the chandelier finish, the shape of the chassis (round vs rectangle), the hanging length extension, and the number of lights.
Can I Install Talia on an angled/slanted ceiling?
Yes, you can install Talia on a slanted ceiling. If you have any concerns or require recommendations, please reach out to us at [email protected].

I ordered the Medium Linear (130cm) with a Silver frame and received four tracking numbers. The first three packages arrived quickly and in perfect condition, so my husband scheduled an electrician for the installation.
As we started unpacking everything, we realized that one of the four packages had not arrived. According to the instructions, the chandelier should have included 21 large, 30 medium, and 13 small crystal balls. We received all of the large balls and most of the small balls, but only 2 of the 30 medium balls, which made it clear that the fourth package was missing.
We contacted Lewoer, and they advised us to check with UPS. Unfortunately, UPS was unable to locate the package and it appeared to have been lost in transit. While it took a few days to confirm the situation, Lewoer stayed in communication throughout the process and ultimately sent 32 replacement medium crystal balls.
We’re still waiting for the replacement package to arrive, so our chandelier installation is currently on hold. It has been a bit disappointing not being able to complete the project as planned, especially with Thanksgiving approaching, but we understand that shipping issues can happen. We appreciate that Lewoer took responsibility and arranged the replacement quickly, and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished chandelier once everything arrives.
