Do you provide more options for Stellar Chandelier?
Yes, Our 6-headed Stellar model features an 80cm diameter and a 30-watt capacity. Please drop us an email at [email protected] if you would like more information about the 6-head Stellar.
Should I Choose Warm White or Cool White?
It depends on the look you are going after! The Warm White is 3000K and it will be a warm yellow tone whereas the Cool White is 6000K and it will be a cool white tone!
What is the hanging length? Can the metal rods be extended?
Stellar comes with 2 metal rods (one is 8”/20 cm and the other one is 12”/30 cm). You can adjust the hanging length based on your needs by using one or both metal rods.
We offer customized options for the length of the metal rods. Our options include 10cm, 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, 60cm, and 70cm. Our standard shipping package includes two rods, one measuring 8″/20cm and the other 12″/30cm, these rods can be combined in various ways to meet your specific needs.

Is Stellar dimmable?
It is possible to dim Stellar chandelier. Stellar comes with non-dimmable G9 LED bulbs, if you switch it to dimmable G9 LED bulbs, you may dim your Stellar chandelier with your dimmer switch.
If you connect the 3-color adjustable Stellar to the normal wall switch, you can switch it between 3 light colors Warm light/White light/ Neutral light.
Can I use my dimmable light bulbs?
Stellar comes with 12 or 24 G9 LED bulbs depending on the size you purchase. The LED bulbs that come with Stellar are not dimmable, however, you could replace the LED bulbs with dimmable G9 bulbs to make Stellar dimmable.
Can Stellar be installed on a slanted ceiling?
Yes, it is possible to hang Stellar on a slanted ceiling. We will provide the sloped ceiling adapter for the hanging rod. If you prefer a hanging chain, please reach out to our customer support team in advance to customize the metal rods into a metal chain.

Hello. received the Stellar chandelier, the delivery was fast. Brought straight to the apartment. There was a dent on the box, it was good that it did not affect the product. Came in good condition, one issue is that the manufacturer did not form it to the end, I had to do it. The bulbs were included and to them a glove in order to insert them into the chandelier. I really like that the chandelier can be hung at different heights, we chose the shortest. The room is lit enough (18 sqm), we made it so that 50% lighting and 100% lighting can be used. Satisfied with the purchase, nice loft style. Chosen the white color of the chandelier body and neutral lighting. Recommend item. Thank you.
